Welcome to Puff'd. By accessing or using our website and purchasing products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
  • You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose (e.g., reselling without permission, violating intellectual property laws).
  • We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud.

  • Accuracy of Information: We attempt to ensure product descriptions are accurate; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or scents are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free.
  • Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

3. FRAGRANCE SAFETY AND ALLERGIES
  • Allergen Warning: Perfume is potentially allergenic. Puff'd cannot be held responsible for any allergies, sensitivities, or injuries arising from the use of our products.
  • Flammability: Fragrance products are alcohol-based and flammable. Keep all bottles and samples away from direct sunlight, open flames, or extreme heat.
  • Usage: Products are for external use only.

4. SHIPPING AND HAZMAT REGULATIONS
  • Shipping Methods: Because perfumes contain alcohol (a flammable liquid), they are classified as hazardous materials (HazMat). They must be shipped via ground transportation only.
  • Restrictions: We cannot ship via air, which may result in longer shipping times. We may be restricted from shipping to certain international locations.
  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
  • Final Sale: Due to the personal nature of scents, all sales of opened or used perfume products are final.
  • Damaged Items: If an error occurs on our part (e.g., wrong item sent) or products arrive damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of reception with proof of damage.
  • Unopened Returns: Returns of unopened items are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, logos, images, and fragrance names, is the property of Puff'd and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Puff'd, its owners, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the items in question.

8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Illinois and any disputes will be resolved in the courts in Illinois.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.
