Puff'd Cancellation Policy
At Puff'd, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below.
1. Order Cancellation Window
  • Before Shipping: You may request to cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Please email us at puffdcandy@gmail.com with your order number.
  • After 1 Hour / Dispatched: If your order has already been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, please refer to our Returns Policy once you receive the package.
2. How to Cancel
To cancel an order, email puffdcandy@gmail.com with the subject line "CANCELLATION REQUEST - [Order Number]".
3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
  • If your cancellation is approved (within the 1-hour window), a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to process, depending on your bank.
4. Final Sale Items
Orders for perfume samples, decants (10ml or smaller), or heavily discounted items are considered final sale and cannot be cancelled or returned.
5. Non-Cancellation of Opened Products
Perfumes are personal care products. If the product has been opened, unsealed, or sprayed, it cannot be cancelled or returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, this is not a cancellation but a return/exchange. Please contact us within 2-3 days of delivery with photos of the damage for a replacement or refund.
