Refund policy

At Puff’d Perfume, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept returns on eligible items.

Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In their original packaging and condition

Due to the nature of fragrance products, opened or used items cannot be returned.

Decants

All decant sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange. Decants are prepared in-house for sampling purposes and cannot be resold once shipped.

How to Start a Return

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your package.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Puff’d Perfume cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
